Villa - At A Glance

Location Eco Serendib Villa and Spa is located in Point Rendezvous Estate, on St. John's south shore, overlooking all the way to Ram Head. The villa is approximately 3 miles, or 10 minutes from Cruz Bay.

Occupancy We are able to accommodate 16 guests, plus an additional 2 children on rollaway beds.

Bedrooms Eco Serendib boasts 8 luxuriously appointed bedrooms featuring king size beds. Each bedroom has its own private, full bathroom.

Bathrooms The villa has 8 full baths and two powder rooms (one with a shower). The Presidential Suite and Master Suites both have separate whirlpool bathtubs.

Eco Serendib Spa Our private, on-site spa includes a sauna, steam shower, and treatment room, relaxation lounge and sunken tub. Our menu of services includes couples massages, facials, manicures/pedicures, and body wraps.

Nearest Beach Hawk’s Nest is the closest beach. There are many additional beautiful, white-sand beaches within a short 5-15 minute drive.

Gym All guests may enjoy complimentary 24-hour access to our on-site gym featuring state-of-the art cardio equipment and weights from Life Fitness.

Security For the security of our guests and the villa, we have installed security cameras along the perimeter of the villa including the driveway.
